What is KABR?ما هو KABR؟
KABR is an app that brings the fishing and marine shops of Abu Dhabi together. Browse rods, reels, bait, diving and boat gear from local shops, order in a few taps, and get it delivered.KABR تطبيق يجمع محلات الصيد والبحر في أبوظبي في مكان واحد. تصفّح السنارات والبكرات والطُعم وعُدّة الغوص والقوارب من المحلات القريبة، واطلب بضغطات قليلة، ويصلك الطلب.
Where do you deliver?أين يتوفر التوصيل؟
Across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. The delivery fee depends on the distance from the shop, from AED 10 to AED 80, and you see it before you pay.في جميع أنحاء إمارة أبوظبي. رسوم التوصيل حسب المسافة من المحل، من 10 إلى 80 درهماً، وتظهر لك قبل الدفع.
Is there a minimum order?هل يوجد حد أدنى للطلب؟
Yes. The goods in your order must total at least AED 75.نعم. يجب ألا يقل مجموع المنتجات في طلبك عن 75 درهماً.
What fees will I pay?ما الرسوم التي أدفعها؟
The price of the goods, the delivery fee, and a service fee of 2.5% of the goods (at least AED 1.90, at most AED 4.50). Prices include 5% VAT. Everything is shown before you pay.سعر المنتجات، ورسوم التوصيل، ورسوم خدمة 2.5% من قيمة المنتجات (بحد أدنى 1.90 وحد أقصى 4.50 درهم). الأسعار شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة 5%. كل شيء يظهر قبل الدفع.
How can I pay?كيف أدفع؟
By debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, your KABR Pay balance, or cash on delivery where the shop offers it (AED 5, on orders up to AED 1,000).بالبطاقة البنكية أو الائتمانية، أو Apple Pay أو Google Pay، أو رصيد KABR Pay، أو الدفع عند الاستلام إذا كان المحل يوفّره (5 دراهم، للطلبات حتى 1000 درهم).
Can I cancel my order?هل أستطيع إلغاء طلبي؟
Yes. Cancel within 5 minutes for a full refund. If the shop does not accept within 15 minutes, or turns the order down, you are refunded in full automatically. After the shop has started, a restocking charge of 5% applies (up to AED 15).نعم. ألغِ خلال 5 دقائق واسترد المبلغ كاملاً. وإذا لم يقبل المحل خلال 15 دقيقة، أو اعتذر عن الطلب، يُعاد لك المبلغ كاملاً تلقائياً. بعد أن يبدأ المحل بتجهيز الطلب، تُطبَّق رسوم إعادة تخزين 5% (بحد أقصى 15 درهماً).
Can I return something?هل أستطيع إرجاع منتج؟
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, report it from the order and you are refunded in full once the shop accepts the report.نعم، خلال 7 أيام من التوصيل. وإذا وصلك منتج تالف أو معيب أو غير المطلوب، أبلغ عنه من صفحة الطلب ويُعاد لك المبلغ كاملاً بعد قبول المحل للبلاغ.
Can I track my delivery?هل أستطيع تتبّع التوصيل؟
Yes. Once your order is ready, you follow the courier on a live map in the app and get a notification at every step.نعم. عندما يجهز طلبك، تتابع المندوب على خريطة مباشرة داخل التطبيق، ويصلك إشعار في كل خطوة.

Ways to payطرق الدفع
Card payments are processed securely by a licensed payment provider. Your full card number is never stored on your phone or shared with the shop.
