- Your name, phone number, email and delivery address, to deliver your order.اسمك ورقم جوالك وبريدك الإلكتروني وعنوان التوصيل، لتوصيل طلبك.
- The location pin you drop on the map, so the courier finds your door.الدبوس الذي تضعه على الخريطة، ليصل المندوب إلى بابك.
- Your orders and payments, to handle refunds, support and our accounting.طلباتك ومدفوعاتك، لمعالجة الاسترجاع والدعم والمحاسبة.
- For shops: the shop name, trade licence and contact details, to review the shop.للمحلات: اسم المحل والرخصة التجارية وبيانات التواصل، لمراجعة المحل.
Who sees itمن يطّلع عليها
The shop sees your first name and area only. The courier receives your address and phone number for the delivery. We do not sell your personal data.يرى المحل اسمك الأول ومنطقتك فقط. يستلم المندوب عنوانك ورقم جوالك لأجل التوصيل. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.
Cardsالبطاقات
Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. Your full card number is not stored on your phone and is never given to the shop.تعالج جهة دفع مرخّصة الدفع بالبطاقة. رقم بطاقتك الكامل لا يُحفظ على جوالك ولا يُعطى للمحل أبداً.
Notificationsالإشعارات
If you allow notifications, we send updates about your orders. You can turn them off at any time in your phone settings.إذا سمحت بالإشعارات، نرسل لك تحديثات عن طلباتك. تستطيع إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات جوالك.
Why we use itلماذا نستخدمها
To take and deliver orders, pay shops, issue refunds, prevent fraud, and keep the records required by UAE accounting and tax rules.لاستلام الطلبات وتوصيلها، والدفع للمحلات، وإصدار المبالغ المستردة، ومنع الاحتيال، والاحتفاظ بالسجلات التي تتطلبها أنظمة المحاسبة والضريبة في الإمارات.
How long we keep itمدة الاحتفاظ
Account details are kept while your account is open. Order and payment records are kept for the period required by UAE law, or longer while a dispute about an order is open.نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب ما دام حسابك مفتوحاً. ونحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات للمدة التي يتطلبها القانون في الإمارات، أو أطول ما دام هناك نزاع مفتوح بشأن طلب.
Deleting your dataحذف بياناتك
You can delete your account in the app. To ask us to delete the personal data we hold, write to support@kabr.ae. We delete everything we are not required to keep by law.تستطيع حذف حسابك من التطبيق. ولطلب حذف البيانات الشخصية التي نحتفظ بها، راسلنا على support@kabr.ae. نحذف كل ما لسنا ملزمين قانوناً بالاحتفاظ به.
