You get the full amount back if you cancel within 5 minutes of ordering, if the shop does not accept within 15 minutes, or if the shop declines the order.تسترد المبلغ كاملاً إذا ألغيت خلال 5 دقائق من الطلب، أو إذا لم يقبل المحل خلال 15 دقيقة، أو إذا اعتذر المحل عن الطلب.
Cancelling after the shop has startedالإلغاء بعد أن يبدأ المحل
Once the shop has accepted and the 5 minutes have passed, you can still cancel. The service fee and a restocking charge of 5% of the goods (up to AED 15) are kept, and the rest is refunded.بعد قبول المحل ومرور 5 دقائق، تستطيع الإلغاء أيضاً. تُحتسب رسوم الخدمة ورسوم إعادة تخزين 5% من قيمة المنتجات (بحد أقصى 15 درهماً)، ويُعاد لك الباقي.
Returns after deliveryالإرجاع بعد التوصيل
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 168 hours (7 days) of delivery from the order in the app.إذا غيّرت رأيك، تستطيع طلب الإرجاع خلال 168 ساعة (7 أيام) من التوصيل من صفحة الطلب في التطبيق.
Damaged, faulty or wrong itemsمنتج تالف أو معيب أو غير المطلوب
Report it from the delivered order in the app and describe the problem. Once the shop accepts the report, you are refunded in full.أبلغ عنه من صفحة الطلب في التطبيق واشرح المشكلة. بعد أن يقبل المحل البلاغ، يُعاد لك المبلغ كاملاً.
How you are refundedكيف يُعاد المبلغ
Refunds go back to the method you paid with: your card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or KABR Pay balance. Card refunds can take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank. With cash on delivery nothing is charged before the courier arrives, so an order cancelled before delivery has nothing to refund.يُعاد المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع نفسها: بطاقتك أو Apple Pay أو Google Pay أو رصيد KABR Pay. قد يستغرق ظهور المبلغ في البطاقة بضعة أيام عمل حسب البنك. في الدفع عند الاستلام لا يُدفع شيء قبل وصول المندوب، لذلك الطلب الملغى قبل التوصيل ليس له مبلغ مسترد.
