1. About KABR١. عن KABR
KABR (“we”, “us”) runs the KABR marketplace app for customers and the KABR Partner app for shops in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. KABR connects customers with independent fishing and marine shops. The shop is the seller of the goods in each order; KABR provides the app, takes the payment and arranges the delivery.تدير KABR («نحن») تطبيق سوق KABR للعملاء وتطبيق KABR Partner للمحلات في أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يربط KABR العملاء بمحلات الصيد والبحر المستقلة. المحل هو بائع البضاعة في كل طلب، وKABR يوفّر التطبيق ويحصّل الدفع وينظّم التوصيل.
2. Your account٢. حسابك
You need an account to order. Keep your login details private and make sure your name, phone number and delivery address are correct. Age-restricted items require you to confirm that you are 18 or older.تحتاج إلى حساب لتطلب. احفظ بيانات الدخول، وتأكد من صحة اسمك ورقم جوالك وعنوان التوصيل. المنتجات المقيّدة بالعمر تتطلب تأكيد أن عمرك ١٨ سنة أو أكثر.
3. Orders٣. الطلبات
Each order is prepared by one shop. Before you pay you see the shop, the goods, the delivery fee and the total. The goods must total at least AED 75. The shop has 15 minutes to accept; if it does not, or if an item is unavailable and the shop declines, you are refunded in full.يجهّز كل طلب محل واحد. قبل الدفع ترى المحل والمنتجات ورسوم التوصيل والإجمالي. يجب ألا يقل مجموع المنتجات عن 75 درهماً. للمحل 15 دقيقة ليقبل الطلب، وإن لم يقبل أو اعتذر لعدم توفر منتج، يُعاد لك المبلغ كاملاً.
4. Prices and fees٤. الأسعار والرسوم
Prices are set by the shops and include UAE VAT at 5%. A service fee of 2.5% of the goods applies (minimum AED 1.90, maximum AED 4.50). Delivery is charged by distance and, for heavy orders, by weight. All charges are shown before payment.تحدد المحلات الأسعار، وهي شاملة ضريبة القيمة المضافة 5%. تُطبَّق رسوم خدمة 2.5% من قيمة المنتجات (بحد أدنى 1.90 وحد أقصى 4.50 درهم). يُحتسب التوصيل حسب المسافة، وحسب الوزن للطلبات الثقيلة. جميع الرسوم تظهر قبل الدفع.
5. Payment٥. الدفع
You pay KABR in the app by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or KABR Pay balance. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; we do not store your full card number on your phone or share it with the shop. Cash on delivery, where offered, costs AED 5 on orders up to AED 1,000 and is collected by the courier.تدفع لـ KABR داخل التطبيق بالبطاقة أو Apple Pay أو Google Pay أو رصيد KABR Pay. تعالج جهة دفع مرخّصة الدفع بالبطاقة، ولا نحفظ رقم بطاقتك الكامل على جوالك ولا نشاركه مع المحل. الدفع عند الاستلام، إن توفّر، رسومه 5 دراهم للطلبات حتى 1000 درهم ويحصّله المندوب.
6. Delivery٦. التوصيل
We deliver within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Delivery times shown in the app are estimates. To protect your privacy, the shop sees only your first name and area; the courier receives your address and phone number for the delivery.نوصل داخل إمارة أبوظبي. أوقات التوصيل في التطبيق تقديرية. لحماية خصوصيتك، يرى المحل اسمك الأول ومنطقتك فقط، ويستلم المندوب عنوانك ورقم جوالك لأجل التوصيل.
7. Cancellations, refunds and returns٧. الإلغاء والاسترجاع والإرجاع
Our refunds and returns policy forms part of these terms.تُعدّ سياسة الاسترجاع والإرجاع جزءاً من هذه الشروط.
8. Shops on KABR٨. المحلات على KABR
A shop opens on KABR only after we review it. Each shop is responsible for the goods it lists, their description and price, and for accepting or declining orders on time. Shops are paid their share after delivery, minus the commission agreed with KABR.لا يفتح محل على KABR إلا بعد مراجعتنا له. كل محل مسؤول عن المنتجات التي يعرضها ووصفها وسعرها، وعن قبول الطلبات أو الاعتذار عنها في الوقت المحدد. يستلم المحل حصته بعد التوصيل بعد خصم العمولة المتفق عليها مع KABR.
9. Fair use٩. الاستخدام العادل
Do not misuse the apps, place false orders, or interfere with shops, couriers or other customers. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.لا تُسئ استخدام التطبيقات، ولا تضع طلبات وهمية، ولا تتعرض للمحلات أو المندوبين أو العملاء الآخرين. يحق لنا إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط.
